[sorry melon, i'm not doing this on purpose :)]Today's my first attempt to bake cheesecake. It's easier than expected actually, cos i didnt really follow a recipe and the only instructions i got was via mns =D Today's batch is for my grandma and parents. They dont teally have a special liking for cheese so i added pretty little. The cheese batter layer turned out quite thin in the end :) Hmm.. was going to make a third chocolate layer, but i was lazy. The chocolate drizzle turned out ok :) -phew- Hope i get to bake lemon/orange cheesecake someday!
